David Finch
Chief Executive Officer
David N. Finch is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of large corporate and startup experience. He founded or was part of 7 different organizations during his extended career, with I-2-I Solutions, Inc. being his 8th.
Formerly, David was the Chief Global Growth Officer for FAR Group, a mid-sized Defense Contractor. He worked on enhancing the company's organizational and operational structures, managing OCONUS contracts, and growing the firm's BD activities.
Mr. Finch was also the founder and President of Talon Veteran Services, Inc., a Government Contracting company specializing in Hospital Construction, Renovations, and Expansions, as well as Project Management & Coordination. He started the company from scratch as an SDVOSB and grew it to $25 million over a 12-year period, to then sell it to FAR Group where he continued his work there for over a year and half. Prior to leaving the corporate world, David worked for two Fortune 500 companies, Marsh & McLennan, Inc. and Liberty Mutual Insurance. David gained much experience while working on developing business opportunities for risk management services, actuarial services, healthcare consulting, and reinsurance brokering. He started the GovCon Practice for Marsh & McLennan and worked to assist the company in making significant growth in the GovCon space where it had very little footprint previously.
Daniel Lynam
President
Daniel Lynam is the President of I-2-I Solutions, Inc. following a successful five-year tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Sanford Federal, Inc. (DBA FAR Group). Mr. Lynam is a graduate of The American University in Washington D.C. where he studied International Business. He started his career in the non-profit sector for several years before transitioning to the Government Contracting industry.
Mr. Lynam worked as a Consultant in Brussels, Belgium where he worked with clients in the Eurozone wishing to begin acquiring government work. Daniel assisted his clients through the entire procurement lifecycle from identifying tenders, qualifying them, responding to them, and accepting awards.
Following his tenure in Brussels, Daniel became the Senior Finance & Contracts Manager for a mid-size Government Contractor in Rockville, MD where he oversaw a team of Project Managers responsible for more than 50 contracts globally and led business development efforts to winning a $7.5 billion multiple award IDIQ.
In 2018, Mr. Lynam co-founded Sanford Federal, a global professional services firm based in Stafford, VA. Through his leadership, Sanford experienced an exponential growth of +300% year-over-year, and at the time of his departure had secured over 400 prime US Government Contracts. As CFO, Mr. Lynam oversaw the overall finances and operations of the firm, handled key stakeholders, and directly managed special projects and contracts such as:
