David N. Finch is an accomplished entrepreneur and federal contracting executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning large corporations and high-growth startups. Over the course of his career, he has founded or helped build seven organizations, with I-2-I Solutions representing his latest venture and continued focus on mission-driven service to federal clients.
Previously, David served as Chief Global Growth Officer for a mid-sized defense contractor. In that role, he strengthened organizational and operational structures, oversaw OCONUS contract performance, and drove strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s federal footprint.
Earlier in his career, David founded and led a government contracting firm specializing in hospital construction, renovations, expansions, and program/project management. Under his leadership, the company grew from a startup SDVOSB into a $25M enterprise over a 12-year period, successfully delivering on many complex healthcare infrastructure projects.
Before transitioning fully into entrepreneurship and government contracting, David worked at two Fortune 500 companies, Marsh & McLennan and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he developed business opportunities in risk management, actuarial services, healthcare consulting, and reinsurance brokering. Notably, he established the government contracting practice at Marsh & McLennan and helped the firm expand into the federal market where it previously had limited presence.
David brings to I-2-I Solutions a rare combination of corporate discipline, startup agility, and proven success delivering healthcare and infrastructure solutions to federal agencies.
Daniel Lynam is the President of I-2-I Solutions, bringing a strong record of executive leadership across finance, contracts, operations, and business development in the federal contracting space. He is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C., where he studied International Business. Daniel began his career in the nonprofit sector before transitioning into government contracting, where he has built a reputation for disciplined execution and results-driven growth.
Daniel’s early contracting experience includes serving as a Consultant in Brussels, Belgium, supporting Eurozone clients pursuing government opportunities. He guided organizations through the full procurement lifecycle, identifying tenders, qualifying opportunities, developing responses, and managing post-award compliance.
Following his work abroad, Daniel became Senior Finance & Contracts Manager for a mid-sized government contractor in Rockville, MD. In that role, he led a team of project managers responsible for more than 50 global contracts and supported business development efforts tied to a $7.5B multiple-award IDIQ win.
In subsequent executive roles, Daniel helped scale a global professional services firm supporting the U.S. Government, contributing to sustained triple-digit year-over-year growth and overseeing a large portfolio of prime federal contracts. As a senior leader, he managed corporate finances and operations, engaged key stakeholders, and directed high-visibility contracts and special projects.
In 2023, Daniel launched I-2-I Solutions to build on his experience and deliver exceptional value to federal clients through a mission-first team of subject matter experts. His leadership emphasizes accountability, responsiveness, and scalable solutions that align tightly with customer needs.
